Booking Terms & Conditions (T&C)
Deposit and Payment
- First, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
- Next, the remaining balance is due before or on the day of your session.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancel 15+ days before your appointment to get a refund minus the deposit.
- However, cancellations less than 10 days before may forfeit the deposit or full payment.
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 10 days in advance and are subject to availability.
Late Arrival
- If you arrive late, your session may be shortened or rescheduled.
- Nevertheless, full payment is still required.
No-Show Policy
- No-shows are charged the full service price.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
Health & Allergies
- Please inform me of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions beforehand.
- Otherwise, I cannot be held responsible for reactions if information is withheld.
Use of Images
- Photos taken before, during, or after your session may be used for portfolio, social media, or promotion.
- However, you can opt-out by notifying me in advance.
Liability
- While I take all precautions, I am not liable for allergic reactions, damages, or injuries.
Service Changes
- Changes requested on the day may not always be possible.
Force Majeure
- In case of illness, extreme weather, or travel restrictions, sessions may be rescheduled.
