Makeover Booking & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing MakeoverbyVertika for your special day. Please read the following booking terms carefully before confirming your appointment.


1. Booking Confirmation

  • A booking is confirmed only after receiving a non-refundable advance payment.
  • Dates are blocked only after advance payment is received.
  • Verbal confirmations or messages without payment will not secure your date.

2. Advance Payment

  • A minimum of 30%–50% advance is required to confirm bridal bookings.
  • The remaining amount must be paid on or before the event date (before service begins).
  • Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or other agreed methods.

3. Cancellation Policy

By the Client:

  • Advance payments are strictly non-refundable.
  • If cancellation is made:
    • 15–30 days before event → 50% of total amount may be charged.
    • Less than 15 days before event → 100% of booking amount may be charged.

This is because your date is blocked and other clients are turned away.


4. Date Change / Postponement

  • Date change requests are subject to availability.
  • If the new date is unavailable, it will be treated as a cancellation.
  • Only one rescheduling request is allowed.

5. Delay on Event Day

  • Client must be ready at the scheduled time.
  • Delays beyond 30 minutes may affect the final look.
  • MakeoverbyVertika is not responsible for delays caused by late start time.

6. Travelling & Outstation Bookings

  • Travel charges may apply depending on location.
  • For outstation bookings, travel and accommodation must be arranged by the client.

7. Hygiene & Safety

  • All products and tools are sanitized.
  • Clients must inform in advance about allergies or skin conditions.
  • We are not responsible for allergic reactions if not informed prior.

8. Photography & Promotion

MakeoverbyVertika may use pictures or videos for portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes unless the client specifically requests otherwise in writing.


9. Force Majeure

In case of emergencies, illness, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances beyond control, we will try to arrange a replacement artist or reschedule. Liability is limited to refund of advance received.


10. Agreement

By paying the advance amount, the client agrees to all the terms and conditions mentioned above.
