Makeup Course Enrollment, Payment & Refund Policy

At Makeover by Vertika Academy, we are committed to delivering high-quality professional makeup education. To maintain discipline, fairness, and premium training standards, the following terms apply to all students enrolling in our courses.

1. Enrollment & Seat Confirmation

  • Seats are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Enrollment is confirmed only after payment of either:
    • Full course fee
      OR
    • First installment (as agreed at the time of registration).
  • Verbal confirmation or message inquiry does not secure a seat.

2. Payment Structure

Students may choose one of the following options:

Option A – Full Payment (Recommended)

100% course fee before course commencement.

Option B – Fixed Installment Plan

  • 50% before course begins
  • Remaining 50% on a fixed date decided at enrollment (usually before mid-course practical assessment)

Installment dates are fixed at the time of admission.

⚠ Important:

  • Delay beyond 5 days from the due date may result in temporary suspension from attending classes until payment is cleared.
  • Certificate will be issued only after full payment clearance.

3. Refund Policy (Strictly Non-Refundable)

  • All course fees are strictly non-refundable.
  • Fees once paid cannot be transferred to another student.
  • Withdrawal after course commencement will not qualify for refund.
  • Missed classes or dissatisfaction do not qualify for refund.

This policy ensures fairness and secures your allocated seat.

4. Batch Transfer / Rescheduling

  • One batch transfer request may be considered in case of genuine medical or emergency situations.
  • Approval is subject to seat availability.
  • No transfer will be allowed without prior notice.

Failure to attend without communication may result in forfeiture of fees.

5. Attendance Policy

  • Regular attendance is mandatory for skill-based learning.
  • Missed classes are not repeated for regular course students.

For High-End Course Students:

  • Limited additional support or revision session may be provided, subject to availability.

6. Certification

Certification will be provided only after:

  • Successful completion of the full course duration
  • Active participation in practical sessions
  • Clearance of all pending dues

The academy reserves the right to withhold certification if standards are not met.

7. Intellectual Property & Course Content

All training techniques, materials, demonstrations, notes, and practical methods taught at Makeover by Vertika Academy are intellectual property.

Students are strictly prohibited from:

  • Recording full sessions without permission
  • Copying course material for resale
  • Conducting workshops using academy curriculum without authorization

Violation may result in legal action.

8. Photography & Promotional Use

The academy may use photographs or videos taken during training sessions for:

  • Website
  • Social media
  • Promotional material

Students who prefer privacy must inform in writing before course commencement.

9. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to maintain professional discipline.

Misconduct, disruptive behavior, or inappropriate communication may result in removal from the course without refund.

10. Liability

The academy is not responsible for:

  • Personal belongings
  • Allergic reactions due to undisclosed skin conditions
  • Practice work performed outside training supervision

11. Agreement

By enrolling and making payment, the student acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions stated above.
